What Causes Slight Fever With Swelling In Lands, Face And Feet?

Starting three days ago I woke up with swelling my both hands, my face and my feet, and have had the same thing every morning since. Today, I began to run a fever and don't know what it could be. I am a 26 year old female. The only medicine that i am on is the Depoprivera shot which i recieved my most recent shot on Feb 11 2011. Any idea what it might be
