What Causes Slight Indentation In Hair Line On The Prominent Veins?

Hi, I have 2 promenant veins on my forehead which are more obvious on bending over or angry, which I know are normal. However last night noticed slight indentation in hair line and this morning indentation longer and realised is running along the vein. Why is this ?

this is due to pressure effect of prominent veins over underlying skull vault. this will
not causing any harm to you, don't think about it. always remain careful for promint veins, avoid any direct trauma- it may cause bleeding .
