What Causes Slight Pain In Left Testicles?

Hello,Ive been experiencing very slight pain in my left testicle, it anything its more of an uncomfortable feeling. It doesn't really hurt when i touch it. But it feels like the tubes are on the front portion, and if doesn't feel like my right testicle.

your elucidate history of slight pain in the left testicle like uncomfortable feeling and feeling like tubes in the front portion is suggestive of Varicocele.
Get the diagnosis confirmed by:
Clinical evaluation and physical examination by Urologist.
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination.
If required, go for corrective surgery.
