What Causes Slight Runny Nose, mild Cough And Small Amount Of Bright Blood In Nose?

I have slight runny nose (clear mucus) and mild cough. I felt a mild irritation in the right nostril but when I blew my nose several large clots came out with a small amount of bright blood. It appears to have come from deep in the nose. I don t get nose bleeds, & am not on blood thinners etc. I thought maybe a sinus infections but my husband s very concerned & wants to take me to the ER. Could it be anything to worry about? I m 50, female & in reasonable health. Thanks

I really appreciate this such symptoms could be due to allergic condition and in my opinion this can be best managed with "Tab Pseudoephedrine with Loratadine" three times in day drink more water avoid blowing the nose stop worrying this would be fine soon, take care.
