General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The I-pill will not cause bleeding at 19th day of intake, but it is the alteration in your hormone cycle which pause you to get intermittent spotting, which is normal for a period of one menses cycle. From next month, you will get normal menses cycle without any problems for sure. Do take extra precautions to avoid further intake of I pills with unprotected sex.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
