What Causes Slight Swelling In Cubital Lymph Node Area Of My Arm?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a slight swelling with some discomfort in the area of my arm that the cubital lymph nodes are located (I think). It is in the fold of my arm to the right of where you would have blood drawn. What could be causing this? It is not a hard lump.
