General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the slow walking, reduced visibility in eye with urinary problem indicates possible normal pressure hydrocephalus issue. An MRI brain is very important in the diagnosis of this issue. The improvement in urinary symptoms after CSF tapping indicates support of my clinical assumption theory.

There is no role of Syndopa in this type of cases as evidenced by no improvement since 2 years of therapy. If you have MRI plates available with you, kindly share with me.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
