General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The sluggish movements of intestine causing feeling of not eating in days may be possibly from diabetes induced gastroparesis or slow intestine peristalsis path. Cretor 40 is associated with some gastric upset, nausea and indigestion in number of patients. Kindly follow further guidelines as below:
- Drink more liquids
- Consume frequent small meals
- Avoid prolong fasting or over eating
- Regular walking, exercises
- Control of blood sugar, cholesterol, body weight
- Discuss need of further medications as itopride, bulk forming laxatives, digestive enzyme supplements or others for the symptomatic relief from this

Do feel free to discuss further regarding the issue at any point of time. Till that time, continue your all currently prescribed medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
