General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms are due to increased parasympathetic stimulation. So neurological opinion should be taken along with blood investigations and radiological examination. Also, ruling out the medical cause like thyroid disorder is necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
