Hi,

The squeezing & burning chest pain with past history of TIA suggests earliest consultation of a cardiac physician for ECG & other investigations to find/exclude heart involvement....(especially when companies by high blood pressure or diabetes).

Please consult a cardiologist. Till then let him be composed & stress-free, take rest, have light easy to digest & non spicy food. He can use sublingual nitroglycerine pill in case of severe pain...

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
