What Causes Slurred Speech, Vomiting And Dizziness After Taking Seroquel?

Why after taken Seroquel did I almost wipe out my family in the car ? I have no recollection of driving at all . I was staggering , slurring my words , threw up & almost passed out on the Highway . I couldn t keep my eyes open & I was MEAN . No illegal drugs what so ever , no booze NOTHING bad in me . I was functioning , doing regular daily tasks , cooking , cleaning even went to the store and I can not remember ANYTHING ! Scares me to death . I also took AMBIEN on April 26th, & 27th , then the afternoon of the 28th had a car accident . Slammed into the right guard rail , bounced off of it , spun around into oncoming traffic and slammed into the side of a cliff . Totaled the car . Broke 6 ribs , Had to be cut out with the Jaws of life . LIFE FLIGHTED to Iowa city hospital . I had a torn liver and a damaged pancreas ...almost died . Had a bad infection that they could not get under control . Blood infection , tubes ( drains coming out of me on both sides ) ended up with 3 BLOOD CLOTS . Have to have injections & now on 7 mgs. Warrfrin .UGH !!! What is up with all this ? Why do I have such reactions to these meds . ANY HELP or ANSWERS would be greatly appreciated . Thanks , Michelle Fredericks .
