My husband, 74, has developed a slur in his speech. Can it be related to hernia surgery last septmber. It has been developing slowly over the winter. Our children has noticed this as well. He is fit, a golfer, and extremely intelligent. This slur in his speech is of concern and will undergo a complete physical shortly. Thank you
