Hello,

Small black & blue marks are commonly due to jock itch. Get it treated by applying anti fungal based ointment. However, you can take a course of Fluconazole orally, it is effective.

Take care of your hygiene, keep the groin area clean & dry. If you are sexually active with multiple partners, you should take STD tests to rule out STI. If tests are positive you will need antivirals & antibiotics.

Genital warts, contact dermatitis, etc have similar symptoms. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
