What Causes Small Black Dots On The Fingers?
I have tiny black dots or specks on the skin of my fingers. At first I thought it was dirt or pen-ink, but after trying to remove it, it seems to be part of my skin. It s been 3 days since I first saw a few dots on my thumb, now there s a cluster of black dots on my thumb, and on other fingers of both my hands.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be skin condition and it may be fungal infection and it can be managed with Miconazole cream, all the skin lesion or disease demands the clinical examination or skin examination for correct diagnosis and this is the gold method for this, if the lesion is not responding then better to see the dermatologist hope this information helps.
