What Causes Small Black Spots On The Face After Applying Garlic Paste?

Doc please I need your help badly because I burned my face with garlic paste.I can t keep still looking at my face with lots of black spot.I tried to remove my moles but it didn t work out.Now my face is so ugly to see.They re very black.What medicine I can use to lighten this black spots and burns please.Thanks a lot doc for your kind and help.

Hi..

It looks like the skin is burned with garlic leading to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation..
The black spots seems to be due to it..

So in case if the face has burnt recently and the spots are still sore then for now you should apply ice packs to reduce soreness..

In case if it is a considerable time then you can start applying Kojic acid containing ointment over it.
Scrub twice a week using a face scrub.
Apply aloevear gel and gently massage regularly .
Always apply sunscreen lotion when going out,
Take a Vitamin C candy daily..
