Hello,
Small black spots spreading all over the body are commonly due to hormonal changes, sun exposure, allergy, irritation,
wound healing, genetics (heredity), etc. In your case, it is due to heredity as all your ancestors had similar skin problems. Black spots on the skin is not a problem, but if you want to remove it for cosmetic reasons you are suggested to visit a
dermatologist.
In the meantime, you can take multivitamin tabs or vitamin B12 rich food to supplement any
vitamin deficiency. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Skin lightening creams and creams with Hydroquinone prevent skin from producing melanin. They are effective. Dermatologists can treat you with
laser therapy, micro dermabrasion,
chemical peels, cryotherapy, etc. You may require to go through 3-6 sessions for the best effect.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
