I have sores that will not heal I pick at them it s like a small tick if u get the little black it may start to heal they do spread just had all my teeth now four months later I have spots on my jaw with little heads I go to dentists Mon original sacrificial wait nothing more he can do what do I do?
As per your complain it seems that you have sores over the gums that would not heal can be probably due to viral infection causing cold sores.. Secondly spots over the jaw with white heads can be pimples/acne, clogged pores, hair follicle infection etc.. Consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like oral swab culture and blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. For spots over the jaw take opinion from a Dermatologist and get treated accordingly.. In case of viral infection antiviral medications like Acyclovir, Valacyclovir and topical antiviral ointments can be advised.
Hope this helps..
Regards.
