General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The blisters on penis shaft post laser procedure may be part of endothelial damage via procedure, infection through some sort of bacteria or else. Secondary healing or delayed suturing are better options depending upon the underlying wound and has to be decided individually by expert consultant surgeon only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
