What Causes Small Brown Coloured Spots In The Armpit?
Hello! I am a female 22 years old. There are small light brown coloured spots developing in my right armpit, and no where else. These spots are dry and smooth in nature.. Kind of powdery you can say. I don t know what this is but I guess it has increased over a period of 3-4 months. They don t itch, burn or anything nor they are bumpy. Any advice?
