What Causes Small Bump On Labia Leading To Stinging Sensation During Urination?

Hi, I have a small bump on my labia majora and a couple small white bumps by my anus. They sting during urination and it also burns while I pee. The one on my labia majora also is very fragile throughout the day, I cannot move too suddenly without feeling pain. I also keep having heavy discharge throughout the day, it is white and mostly odorless but yesterday I did notice a brown streak in my underwear. I did cut these areas during shaving recently, so that might be the cause not sure. Could this be a yeast infection? I am sexually active but I am mostly sure it is not an STI. I also feel fatigued, have an aversion to food and have a slight headache, not sure if that is associated or not because it started happening before the bumps appeared Please help!! The pain is making me miserable!
