What Causes Small Bumps Along With Inner Thigh And Scrotum?

I have 4 very small bumps along my inner thigh and scrotum. They are tiny and do not look like any pictures that I saw for warts on the Internet. They are thin and raised slightly. I showed doctor on demand thru the video appointment and he assured me they were not warts but bacterial and prescribed Hibiclens. I didn t get a clear understanding of what this coul be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Inner thigh and scrotal skin has active sebaceous glands.
- These parts are usually covered most of the times so sweat can accumulate
- There is more friction of this part with clothes and if the clothes are tight the effect is enhanced further
- These things in turn can cause small cysts which appear exactly the way that you have explained
- Stop worrying if there is no growth, redness, development of pus or so
- They resolve most of the times on their own

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
