What Causes Small Bumps Around The Clitoris?

I have small bumps under the skin around the clitoris, I haven t had any sexusl activities in over 20 yrs, until 2 days ago, then itcwas only stimulation, I didn t know they were there until I experienced pain, there is also a raw spot. I am 69 and want to become sexually active

Understand your concern
Bump around the clitoris need medical examination to confirm the diagnosis.
I think following possibility
Skene's duct cyst, Blocked hair follicle/folliculitis, Blocked sweat gland Fordyce cyst, Bartholin cys

Do not pop up the bump as it cause infections
But when it is assocaited with pain, itching , redness,
Then require excision followed by antibiotics
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene and keep the area clean & dry
