What Causes Small Bumps Around The Vagina?

I've been having some problems with my groin area lately. Last week I had a urinary tract infection, self diagnosed, after having sexual intercourse with my boyfriend and took some antibiotics for it. Soon after I started getting small bumps around my vagina. They're completely painless and are just irritating knowing they're there. I bought some yeast infection medication because I read that antibiotics can disrupt the pH around your vagina and leave you susceptible to yeast infections. It's still there but seems to be clearing up, but after having sexual intercourse with my boyfriend again (with protection) I'm having the symptoms of the urinary tract infection again. I don't know what's wrong and it's starting to worry me. Does anyone have an idea what the problem may be?
