What Causes Small Bumps At The Corners Of Lips?

hi doctor,im 32 year old facing small bumps at the 2 corners outside my lips.No idea for what reason,usually i use BETNOVET-N cream before i sleep,but now if i use by morning white puss comes out from the small bumps,im facing it since 1 month it seems like it is reduceing but some times i feel it has not at all reducing .My wedding is nearing plz plz plz answer immediatly what the remedies i should be taking

As per your complain white bumps of the corners of lips can be due to a few causes and most probable cause can be viral infection causing cold sores caused by Herpes Simplex Virus 1.
It leads to formation of clusters of fluid filled bumps at the corners of lips..
Other causes can be bacterial or fungal infection, sun blisters, acne etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like swab culture of fluid can help in diagnosis..
In case if there is herpes anti-viral medications like oral and topical Acyclovir, Valacyclovir can help in relief..
In case if it is not herpes treatment will be planned according to the cause..
As of now you should keep the area clean but stop application of any medication without proper diagnosis..
