What Causes Small Bumps On The Anus?

Hi there, I have a few small lumps about 1cm inside my anus, they re sort of fleshy coloured and get slightly lighter towards the top of them, and they cause a sort of tingling/buzzing feeling. They tend to flare up for about a week and a half and then the symptoms disappear for a few months. Nothing seems to fit what I m experiencing including Hemorrhoids and genital warts. I ve had thread worm a few times before, but I know it s not that which is causing the sensation because every time it happens, I ll have a look and the feeling is coming from where the lumps are.
