Hello,

I can understand your concern for the small bumps on the cheek. It appears to be due to simple insect bite or due to mild sun burn or due to contact allergy.
As it is from very short duration so it is difficult to predict any of these condition.
In case if it increases or causes more eruptions then I suggest my patients to apply a cream containing fucidin antibiotic or mupirocin over the bumps. Do not try to touch or pinch or pop the area as can get infected. I suggest you to keep and observation over the area and if you observe that the blister is increasing then you should meet a family physician for further help.
All the best.
