Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of small bumps on the face which occur due to many reasons like excessive sun exposure or allergy . The other reason of red bumps can be a skin infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to use face wash containing salicylic acid and apply kojic acid cream twice a day after washing face . Use sunscreen with SPF 15 while in exposure to sun to prevent skin from excessive sun damage.
-Exfoliate facial skin once a week to remove dead skin.
-Drink plenty of fluids and water to hydrate yourself.
- Give cold compresses for itchiness .
If condition persist even after month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , antiviral , steroid drugs (oral/topical) or isoteritenoin.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
