What Causes Small Bumps On The Hands?

I went to a camp over the weekend and slept in a cabin on a wooden bed with a mattress and my sleeping bag, the day after I got home I noticed that I had a bunch of red dots on my hands, the dots are now swollen and elevated. There s only about 10 but they re all swelling up and one of them popped and clear puss started coming out and it hasn t gone away or stopped coming out yet. I m thinking its a bed bug bite but I m not too sure, can you help me out?
