What Causes Small Bumps On The Left Side Of The Waist?

Hi! My son (16) has developed very minute bumps (3 to 4) on left side of waist. When touched or pressed he has unbearable pain. About 4 months back , we have seen an Auyrvedic doctor and he has applied lynch to suck impure blood...after that it was looking good but now again he has same issue. Pls advise ?

Any discharge from those bumps
Avoid any alternative therapy
Are they itchy, for that take An anti allergic tablet
Maintain strict hygiene
Wear lose cotton clean dry clothes
Take a course of antibiotic to remove any scope of infection
drink plenty of water
Maintain a healthy balanced nutritional diet
