What Causes Small Bumps On The Penis Shaft?

My husband of 20 years just told me he thinks I gave him herpes when I married him. He said in the past three years he got a few bumps on the base of his shaft (that were painless) (he also gets a rash on his shins a lot). I have never had symptoms of anything…yeast, uti, sores etc

Understand your concern.

Following are the cause of your problem

1. Fordyce spots
2. Pearly papules
3.Ingrown nail
4. Hygiene problem
5. Balanitis: Thrush, psoriasis, skin sensitivity or allergy to a product used on the penis (such as soap or lubrication)
3. overuse
4. Fungal infection: in warm environment.
5. STD is most common in sexually active men. It occur at any age.
Following are the STDs disease
1. Syphilis
2. Gonorrhoea
3. Herpes
4. Human papiloma virus
5. Chlamydia
6. Hepatitis
7. Gonorrhea
8. HIV

6. Contact dermatitis


For diagnosis you have to consult doctor and do testing for STDs:
1. Gram stain and culture
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra


After diagnosis you can treatment according to this.
Till that time you can take single dose treatment of following drug:

AZEE 1000 mg
TINI 1 G
ZOCON 150 mg


2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection
3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams
4. Maintain hygiene after sex
5. If not resolved, do screening test for all above disease.
6. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
7. Use formulated penis vitamin formula
10. Apply anti fungal clotrimazole plus hydro cortisone cream if severe or not resolved.
