General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The watery marks can be related to many dermatological conditions.

It can be related to a fungal infection.

A photo or a physical examination is needed to confirm the diagnosis.

If the fungal infection is confirmed, the treatment consists in antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
