What Causes Small Cluster Of Bumps Under My Nose?

Before I had any sexual contact with anyone, I broke out with a small cluster of bumps under my nose. It went after about two weeks. About a year later, it happened again. It comes every time my noes gets really irritated from rubbing. Well about two years ago, it appeared below my lip, and the last time it came on my chin. Is this a cold sore or something else?

it seems according to history that these are herpetic lesion. due to viral infection may be due to sexual contact. this virus remains dormant in nerve tissue, and time to time gets activated and causes lesion around mouth. I would recommend antiviral treatment to my patient . tab valcyclovir.
