What Causes Small Cuts Around The Foreskin In A Sexual Active Person?
Hi Dr., I am a 30 year old uncircumsized male engaging in regular sexual intercourse with my girlfriend as well as masturbation. Over the past two weeks I have begun getting tiny cuts around the tip of my foreskin. I tried Lotromin and keeping it clean and dry despite the pain of pulling the foreskin back. They keep coming back even with the smallest amount of activity. Suggestions?

It is just a frenular tear and does not require any treatment.
