Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I've a what appear to be a little growth inside my bottom lip, when i eat sometime I bite the inside and grows.Once before the oral surgeon removed it and send it for a biopsy and everything was fine. How can I remove safely without spend a lot of money?
Detailed answer - As per your query small skin growths which you are talking about on inner surface of lower lip is because of fibromas which are excessive tissue growths. Need not to worry about that these are usually painless and of no harm. Lip biting is one of the cause for these as lip biting causes inflammatory reaction in that area which leaves a lump on inner surface.
If this lump is painless its of no harm , if its getting firm and causing pain then you should visit dermatologist to rule out premalignanat lesions. Get it excised properly after consulting physician. Laser and cauterization are other treatment options .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
