What Causes Small Fleshy Protuberance On The Gum Of The Children?

Hello, my name is Nel, my daughter is two years old and tonight we found a small fleshy protuberance on her gum, apparently painless but with a little blood, probably from chewing it a little bit. I have an appointment with a pediatrician dentist tomorrow but I can’t sleep because I’m worried of what the problem might be, any idea?

Thanks for posting the query,

This could be due to infection or any trauma caused by your child while playing dont worry, as you have mentioned you have an appointmnet tomorrow get it checked by your pedodontist, give her lukewarm saline rinses at home.
