What Causes Small Hard Lumps On Both Ears?

hi my 8yr old son has just shown me he has to small hard lumps at the top of and in front of both ears in the exact same place, the lumps are small and hurt slightly when pressed and he says he has had these for years but has only just shown me them. they are not noticable to look at. they are small. he is a healthy boy otherwise please can you help??

I read it carefully and I understand your worry.

What you are describing seems like lymohnodes.

They become tender and swollen sometimes when there is an ear infection, skin or tooth infection. After tge infection they become smaller but less then 1 cm they are normal and nothing to worry about.
So if your son has had those lymohnodes in the same size for many years, then most probably it is nothing to worry about.
