What Causes Small Hard Mass On Labia Majora?

Hiiiii,doctors I am girl single complain of solid small mass on labia majora not painfully ,not discharged ,when iam touch it well defined,regular edge size about 2*2. I am not remember the time of growing .long time, iam now 34yrs. Please answer doctors ,thanks. Nora

kindly visit your gynac .. since its not growing we can rule out cancer but its always safe to do a biopsy and confirm .it coyld also be a lymph node enlargment due to some underlying cause
