What Causes Small Indents Oozing Pus And Blood On The Inner Thighs?

I occasionally develope little holes on my upper inner thigh. They start out as large pimples, then the skin over them becomes soft. After a few days, it opens up an a small hole developes, and it remains that way, occasionally bleeding and/or oozing puss, for several days. What are they.?

As mentioned it originate as large pimple skin over it softens peels off discharging pus and blood creating holes may be it is a case of Mycetoma a fungal infection. Secondary infection usualy occurs Tteatment is with sulfonamides ,sulphonesand tab iitraconazole
