What Causes Small Itching Pimple Like Bump Under Shaft?

Hello its been 9months since I've had any sexual activity, however three months ago, I noticed some small pimple like bumps under my shaft, they didn't hurt but itched a little, until I seen them so I burst them and it healed up and went away, so this month I felt the same sensation and it was two bumps. What do I do?

Hello
Thanks for query ,
Based on your statement I would say that you have recurrent Sebaceous Cyst over shaft of the penis .

The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.

Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.

Take antibiotics like Doxicycline twice daily for a week.

If does not subside within a week consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.

If needed if it is bigger may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac)
