What Causes Small Itchy Bumps On The Penile Shaft?
Hi I woke up today with two centimeter sized bumps with multiple tiny small bumps on top of the two bigger ones on my penile shaft. They are not red but itch a lot and when I itchy them clear stuff shows up on my skin. What could this be? I have no pain with urination or ejaculation or anything anywhere else

Based on your description, it appears that you could be having skin infection caused due to fungus. Kindly cleanse the region with a mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
Following this apply a cream containing Clotrimazole. Wear loose-fitting clothes to provide proper ventilation. Avoid sexual activities until the lesions heal completely.
