What Causes Small Knots All Over The Body?

I have random small knots like the size of a penny all over my body such as my back fore arms and neck they don t always hurt but sometimes they do u can move them in a small area on my arms and such I was wondering if u could help me figure out what this is ? Plz

well, it seems that it could be some kind of neurofibromatosis of lipomatosis!

if you are worried much an FNAC TEST IS THE BEST WAY TO CONFIRM IT! but not to poke them as it can be infected.........
