I have a small lump at the knuckle of my 2nd toe (beside big toe) where it meets the foot. It s been there a few years and never bothered me. I also noticed what looks almost like a tiny pinhole mark on top, almost as if something bit or pierced the skin there? Like I said, it s been there for a few years? However, it has started to grow a slight bit and become very mildly painful, nothing bad really at all but noticeable compared to years past? I asked a doctor once when I was in for something else and they wrote it off as a harmless cyst or something?
