What Causes Small Lump In Groin Area?

Can stria couse small bump at the groin near to testicle? Its still on my leg but at the top of it exactly where my leg connects to my body. Its small and i have really minor strias. It doesnt hurt but i can feel a little knot inside (sorry for poor english im from eu)

Hi,

The small nodules in the groin you have are lymph nodes. Enlargement of these nodes indicate some infection in the legs up to groin, genitals or buttocks and back below the iliac crest, or abdomen below the umbilicus. You should look for any source of infection in these areas. The infection follows with fever, inflammation and pain. If you have these. Please consult your doctor for antibiotics. If you don't have any symptoms:
- Be careful about cleanliness of the parts likely to be involved
- Observe the lymph nodes for increase in size / any of the symptoms mentioned above.
Hard and growing or infected lymph nodes need doctor's advice.
