What Causes Small Lump In Lower Abdomen And Mons Pubis?

44 yo female, 5 3.75 , 165 lbs. I have a small lump under the skin between the left lower abdomen and the mon pubis. First time I noticed it was today. No other symptoms but I do have very painful periods. Pap Smear negative 2 weeks ago.What is the evaluation for such a finding?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having enlarged inguinal lymph node producing this type of lump.
It indicates that there might be having some infection in surrounding area or in lower genital tract.
Another possibility of having developing direct inguinal hernia called bubonocele.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
