What Causes Small Lump On Bottom Of Butt Cheek?

Hi there I have a small lump on the bottoms of my left butt cheek, it is a little red and hurts when I touch it or sit down on it. It is not a zit because when I touch it, I feel an oval shape lump that is very small but it is swollen all around it. What could this be?

It must be an abscess..in medical term we call it as furuncle.. If the lump is very hard take a course of antibiotic and pain killers..if still painful and the swelling has become soft with pus pointing,it requires drainage of pus.. If you get such swellings frequently get your blood sugar done.. Get well soon..have a good day
