What Causes Small Lump Under Jawline?

I HAVE A SMALL LUMP UNDER MY RIGHT SIDE OF MY JAWLINE, SWELLING FROM THE LUMP TO BACK OF JAW AND INSIDE UNDER MY TEETH TO BACK OF JAW. SHOULD I BE ALARM? COULD THIS BE STRESS RELATED, RECENTLY HAVE BEEN THROUGH AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF STRESS. I ALSO HAVE A WISDOM TOOTH PULLED ON THE OPOSITE SIDE 2 WEEKS AGO, COULD THIS HAVE SOMETHING TO WITH IT?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have submandibular swelling. It can be due to enlarged submandibular lymphnode. Or it can be due to salivary gland enlargement as a result of siledenitis or some tumour. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump.
It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
