What Causes Small Lumps Along With Severe Itching On Arm Radiating To Shoulders?
My upper left arm is very itchy, and has small bumps on it. It is slowly going over my upper shoulder and back of my neck. I have been using hydrocortisone cream 3 times a day. I have not changed my diet, nor any medications at all? Can you advise? Thanks
