What Causes Small Mole Like Bump On Vagina?

I have spotted a small mole like bump on my vagina. It has never hurt, itch or burned. It changes in size every couple of days. I am 20 weeks pregnant and never had this happen before. Any ideas on what it could be? Should I call my doctor? I am 24, healthy and never have had health issues.
