What Causes Small Movable Lump Under Armpit?
i am 34 years old i found a small movable lump under my left armpit a week ago . i am waiting my period in the following couples of days and i am having a very hard pain in both breast as i often have. i have been shaving and using deodorant before getting the lump i stopped that since one week.

it can be swollen lymph node due to infection or some subcutaneou lesion such as fibroma or lipoma. it can be surgically managed or you can do ultrasound with needle biopsy before it.
