What Causes Small Open Sores, Small Bruises And Warm Skin?

what causes muscle aches, very small open sores on skin and some sores that are scabbed over , also some small bruises, warm skin and it all began 3 months ago, with a severe itchy, pinworm infection ? could pinworms have carried another bacterial infection with them? Also came together with a very dry throat, that feels like a coating over the throat . Are there any safe cures without potentially deadly side affects? Is this contagious?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having bacterial infection.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
